Dr. Othman Abdulrasheed

Dr. Othman Abdulrasheed is a Nigerian business leadership coach, speaker, and consultant, known for his transition from corporate to the world of training and growth. He has over a decade of experience in the oil & gas sector in roles spanning operations, sales, and leadership. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and also earned an MBA (Marketing) from the Dangote Business School at Bayero University, Kano.

In his professional path, Dr. Othman serves as CEO of ShapShap and leads Business Leadership Consulting, through which he trains, mentors, and consults for business owners to scale their ventures by building systems, structure, and strategy. He has been recognized in international circles: in 2022 he was inducted into the Forbes Coaches Council, becoming the first from northern Nigeria to do so.
