Barr. Salatu E. Sule
A Nigerian coach, trainer and educator
Barrister Salatu Sule is a Nigerian coach, trainer and educator whose journey bridges the fields of law, education and faith-based personal development. She holds a law degree from the University of Benin and completed her professional legal training at the Nigerian Law School. In 2003, she transitioned into education, bringing with her a passion to mentor and build character in youth, and has since cultivated a reputation for leadership in learning development.
She currently serves as the Director of Training & Development at New Horizons College, Minna, where she is responsible for the continuous professional growth of educators. She also teaches Islamic Perspectives part-time at the same institution and volunteers as a trainer with the Da’wah Institute under the Islamic Education Trust in Nigeria. In addition, she is a Director of the Aisha Lemu Learning Initiative (ALLI), focusing on basic and vocational education for children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Beyond her formal roles, Salatu is also a published author: her book One Breath at a Time: Finding Solace in Faith addresses grief, mental resilience, and spiritual healing. Her public engagements, training and writings often explore themes of emotional wellness, ethical leadership, marital life, character formation and responsive education. She is known to live in Minna, Nigeria, is married with children, and pursues life with a love for learning, teaching, books and nature.
